About us

Satokura
Satokura is located on the serene island of Teshima in Kagawa Prefecture, and began operating in 2025 following the renovation of a traditional kominka (old Japanese house). Here, guests are invited to experience a seasonal farm-to-table course that celebrates the rich flavors of the Setouchi region.
Our cuisine features an abundance of local ingredients, from fresh seafood caught in nearby waters to vibrant vegetables nurtured by the gentle Setouchi climate, alongside tender olive-fed Wagyu beef. Immerse yourself in Teshima’s natural beauty and enjoy a dining experience unique to this island.

Having come all the way to Teshima, our greatest wish is for you to experience its delicious local flavors. We are committed to providing you with freshly caught seafood from the abundant Seto Inland Sea and seasonal vegetables grown under the island's gentle sun.
