Satokura
Satokura is located on the tranquil island of Teshima in Kagawa Prefecture, and began operating in 2025 after the renovation of a traditional Kominka (old Japanese house). During the day, it functions as a casual café offering items such as sushi rolls, available for both eat-in and takeout. In the evening, Satokura transforms into a dining experience showcasing a unique farm-to-table course menu that allows guests to savor the rich flavors of the Setouchi region. Our dishes feature an abundance of local ingredients, including fresh seafood caught in nearby waters, vibrant vegetables cultivated in the gentle Setouchi climate, and tender olive-fed Wagyu beef fillet. Immerse yourself in Teshima's natural beauty and indulge in the exceptional culinary delights unique to this island.
